1、 Connection between weighing sensor and junction box

Thread the cable of the weighing sensor through the weighing platform, enter the junction box through the sealed joint, and connect it to the corresponding terminal post in the junction box according to the different color codes of the four core or six core cable, or after measurement according to the positive and negative excitation power supply, positive and negative feedback, and positive and negative signals. Tie the remaining cables of the sensor with plastic zip ties.

2、 Connection between junction box and weighing display instrument

Insert one end of the dedicated shielded cable into the junction box through a sealed joint, connect each core wire to the corresponding terminal post in the junction box, and weld the other end through a metal tube to the dedicated plug corresponding to the weighing display instrument for insertion into the socket of the weighing display instrument.

There are three points to note:

After the input and output wires in the junction box are connected, they should be tightened, tightened, and sealed. Desiccant should be placed and moisture-proof measures should be taken before fixing the junction box board;
