How to choose a suitable force sensor for oneself?

1. Determine sensor type based on measurement object and measurement environment

The frequency response characteristics of pressure sensors determine the frequency range to be measured, and the measurement conditions must be maintained within the allowable frequency range without distortion. In fact, the response of sensors always has a fixed delay, and it is hoped that the delay time is as short as possible. The frequency response of pressure sensors is high, the measurable signal frequency range is wide, and due to the influence of structural characteristics, the inertia of mechanical systems is large, while the frequency of measurable signals is due to low-frequency sensors. In dynamic measurement, the response characteristics should be based on the characteristics of the signal (steady state, transient, random, etc.) to avoid excessive errors.
4. Stability
The ability of a sensor to maintain its performance unchanged after a period of use is called stability. In addition to the structure of the sensor itself, the factors that affect the long-term stability of a pressure sensor are mainly the sensor's usage environment. Therefore, in order for the force sensor to have good stability, the sensor must have strong environmental adaptability.
